Parent/Guardian Education: LS Math Morning Coffee (K-5)

We invite Lower School parents and guardians to join us for a Family Math Morning—a special opportunity to go behind the scenes of the Redwood Day math program. We will begin with an overview hosted by our Director of Curriculum and Instruction, Laurie Ransom, who will dive into the Singapore Math pedagogy. You’ll learn about the unique characteristics that make our program effective in building deep mathematical thinkers. Following the presentation, you will head to your child’s classroom to participate in a hands-on math activity. This is a wonderful chance to experience the Singapore Math approach first-hand alongside your child and see the "aha!" moments happen in real-time.
