Keep Growing This Summer
Summer provides a unique opportunity for students to continue to learn in non-traditional ways. Our summer programs at Redwood Day provide project-based learning opportunities based in specific subject areas to keep your students engaged and help them continue to learn and grow. Most campers don’t realize they are learning because our camps are also fun!
Our camp guide is designed to help families determine which camps might be a good fit for their camper, based on their interests and schedule. If you have any questions about our program, please reach out to our camp team at
summer@rdschool.org or call us at 510.213.8436.
What Should I Know About Camp
Summer Camp at Redwood Day takes place from July 6 to August 21, 2026. Our camp day begins when our doors open at 8:30 a.m., and camp pickup runs from 3:00 to 3:30 p.m. We also have opportunities for aftercare for families in need. Our program is open to campers as young as 4 through graduating 8th graders. Camp is open to our entire Bay Area community, and campers do not need to be Redwood Day students to attend.
Why Redwood Day Summer Camp?
Our Summer Programs at Redwood Day are designed to offer a personalized, continued learning experience to all campers. We recognize that each camper learns in their own unique way, and we design our programs to support every camper at their current stage of learning. We offer a range of different camp experiences for students. You can read more about these below:
