    Ally Week

    Redwood Day recognizes GLSEN's Ally Week from Sept. 23-27. Ally Week is a week for students to engage in a national conversation and action to become better allies to LGBTQ youth. This doesn't only mean straight and cisgender allies, but everyone! Read further to find out more about how anyone can be a better ally against anti-LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender) language, bullying and harassment in America's schools.

    Staggered dismissal times are as follows: 11:30 a.m. - Kindergarten - 2nd Grades 11:45 a.m. - 3rd - 5th Grades 12:00 p.m. - 6th - 8th Grades Please have your children picked up by 12:15 p.m. X-Care open from dismissal until 6 p.m.
