6th Grade Mesopotamia Museum

In history class, 6th graders learn about the ancient civilization of Mesopotamia. They are asked to demonstrate their knowledge about the civilization by recreating an important innovation. After conducting independent research about the innovation, students are expected to construct their artifacts by hand. Then, Redwood Day community members are invited to our annual Mesopotamia Museum! Students showcase their work and talk about their learning with visitors.
