Black Joy Parade
Come out and celebrate the Black Joy Parade, a hyper-positive, family-friendly, free event celebrating the Black experience and our community’s contribution to cultures past, present, and future. Redwood Day will have a contingent marching in the parade. This event is open to everyone and allies are encouraged to attend. The parade will begin at the corner of 14th St. and Franklin at 12:30 p.m. and will finish at the corner of 20th St. and Franklin. We will broadcast our assembly location and exact position on Sunday morning at 11:00 a.m. via social media and the School’s website. Look for the Redwood Day banner and wear your Black Joy or Redwood Day SWAG. Click HERE:
