The K-4 STEAM Fair reflects the way we integrate the topics of Science, Tools, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math. Students have been busy working on projects, investigations, and experiments in science, core, and technology classes.
Ashkenaz Music and Dance Community Center (1317 San Pablo Ave. in Berkeley)
This year we are excited to bring back a much-beloved pre-pandemic tradition: the annual Redwood Day/Ashkenaz rock concert. Redwood Day middle school bands will take over Ashkenaz in Berkeley on May 5th, rocking the house in a concert to benefit the Redwood Day tuition assistance program. Come support live music and our middle school musicians! Dorrs open at 4:00 p.m.
All Redwood Day adults who identify as APIDA Heritage are invited to join us for coffee, treats, conversation, and community building! This casual event is a great way to get to know other adults in our community. Please contact Meredith Spencer, Director of Equity and Inclusion with questions.
Art and Music Night will feature performances by 3rd-5th grade classes, chorus, and all lower and middle school ensembles. All grades (K-8) are highly encouraged to attend and enjoy live music and students' artwork.
