Joyce Evans Visits Redwood Day

Redwood Day has a long history as a vibrant community. Yesterday, I welcomed a group of folks with connections to our school going back almost thirty years to learn about how far we have come since then, and to tour our new building. Joyce Evans, former Head of School at Redwood Day (1988-1993), joined me in hosting a small group of past trustees and friends to see, first hand, how much we have grown. Back in 1988, Redwood Day had an enrollment of 137 students with one section in each grade. Clearly, we’ve come a long way since then, and I had quite a lot to show them when they visited.
