Redwood Day at the 10th Annual Oakland Pride Parade

Redwood Day was out in full force with our largest contingent to date (more than 150 awesome parade participants!) for the 10th Annual Oakland Pride Day Parade and Festival. Parents, guardians, students, as well as friends and family were out in support of this incredible event. Many were sporting our new t-shirts featuring a logo designed by one of our parents, Kelly Steinauer. We would like to recognize and honor the members of Redwood Day's GSA (Gay-Straight Alliance) for creating posters and helping spread the word about the event! We also want to honor our booth volunteers Denise Breland, Vicky Green, Donnie Smith, and Katherine Stark.
