Professional Experience: A former web developer, Megan moved to the Bay Area in 2000 and worked for many years in technology. She lives in Oakland with her husband, Zach, their fifth-grade daughter, Ramsey, and their dog, Sampson. In her spare time, she is a preschool storytime reader through the Oakland Public Library and leads Ramsey's girl scout troop. She also enjoys reading and crafting.
Personal Statement: "During our kindergarten search, we were thrilled to find Redwood Day, which seemed to have the perfect emphasis on socio-emotional development while also maintaining a carefully considered approach to academics. Every expectation has been met or exceeded for us by the school and the Redwood Day community has become an important part of our lives.
