New Building Opening for First Day of School!

Our entire campus looks fresh, bold, and proud with our 2-story 11,000 square foot building situated in the middle of it and surrounded with new landscaping and outdoor play and learning spaces.

Walking into the building, it’s hard not to visualize eager and earnest kindergartners painting in the airy, light-filled Lower School Art Studio. We imagine inventive 4th graders moving seamlessly between the Innovation and Design Studio and the Lower School Science Lab as they take their scientific process to the next level. Going upstairs, we can’t wait to hear the thoughtful and strong debates between passionate 7th graders as they connect historical and current events in a history class. We picture critically thoughtful, collaborative 8th graders in the 7/8 Science Lab, conducting experiments as scientists who will have already experienced a high school grade science lab before stepping foot into their high schools of choice.

This building impacts our campus not only in the space it provides for each of our students from K-8, but because of the way it connects to the phenomenal curriculum and teaching that is already a part of who we are at Redwood Day.
