1The Firefox browser is highly recommended, safe, and open-source. There are a number of other browsers based on the same Gecko engine that
work just as well such as Mozilla and the Netscape
browser from AOL.
2This site has not been tested with the new Internet Explorer 7 which is still in beta and not released for use by the general public.
3There may be issues with IE 5.2. Microsoft no longer supports Internet Explorer for the Macintosh and does not plan on coming out with a new version of IE for the Mac.

Helper Applications
Several documents on this site are Portable Document Format (PDF) files. These can be saved to your computer's hard disk or viewed within your browser. You will need Adobe's Acrobat Reader to view and print these documents. This application is free and available for download at Adobe's web site.

Note: Some browsers on the Macintosh do not support inline viewing of PDF files. In order to view the file, you must control-click on the link to the PDF, and choose to open the link in a new browser window or save the file to disk. Windows users must right-click on the link to the PDF and open the link in a new browser window.
