Eighth Grade Latin Music Video Project

For the Latin Music Video Project students learn culture, grammar, vocabulary through analysis of a Latin pop song. They write an essay in Spanish describing the origin, theme and history of the song, and a biography of the artist. They produce an English translation, and develop a vocabulary list based on the song. They then produce their own music video based on that song. Below is a compilation of their products.
