Student Accounts & Gift Certificates

A student account lets your child make purchases at the Book Fair without bringing money to school. You decide how much money to put in your student's account.

How to Set Up a Student Account

New this year, student accounts must be purchased prior to the the Book Fair by Friday, Nov 30. You can do this one of two ways and either way your student’s account will be ready to roll when the Book Fair opens.

1. You can use our online form and pay electronically. OR…

2. You can print this form, fill it out and return it with a check made out to Books Inc. to Jill in the front office.

How Your Child Uses the Account
Let your child know you’ve set up a student account, the amount that’s available. When a student comes to the cashier’s desk, the cashiers can determine whether the student has an account and, if so, how much is available to spend.

What Happens with Leftover Student Account or Gift Certificate Money?
If money remains in a student account or on a gift certificate at the end of the Book Fair, the balance will be donated to the School for the use of the Helen Dittmer Library on your behalf.
