Lice

Lice happens. In every school, in every socioeconomic bracket, in every town. We do our best at Redwood Day to keep lice exposure at a minimum and, when an exposure occurs, to disrupt classroom life, students, and families as little as possible.

Redwood Day School has a "no lice, no nits" policy and is exceptionally grateful for our devoted cadre of trained Lice Buster parent volunteers who conduct classroom 'headchecks' quietly and smoothly as needed. Our Lice Tip Sheet and FAQs will answer many of your questions and help to keep your family lice-free.
