At Parent University, you’ll get key information and insight on some of the most important topics faced by today's parents. Attendees can choose among a variety of breakout sessions on topics such as teaching resiliency, learned optimism, preteen alcohol & drug discussions, making athletics a positive experience, tween sexuality, and emotional needs of academically gifted kids. Keynote Speaker
Our 2010 keynote speaker was Po Bronson, co-author of NurtureShock: New Thinking About Children, published in September 2009 and featured on Good Morning America, Nightline, All Things Considered, Fresh Air, and in Newsweek.
