eScrip Is Easy and Costs You Nothing
Sign up with eScrip and participating merchants such as Safeway, Andronico’s, and Macy’s will contribute a percentage of the purchases you make with credit/debit/ATM cards, and grocery loyalty cards to Redwood Day School. Our eScrip ID number is 137330979.
Participating: No-Hassle, No Worries. The merchants make the donations, and you don’t even have to remind them – it’s all automatic. Simply go to the secure www.escrip.com website and register your existing credit cards, debit cards, and grocery cards. Then, as you do your regular shopping, participating national, regional, and local merchants will make contributions to Redwood Day School, based on the amount of your purchases. You don’t even have to ask the merchants to make the donations – it all happens automatically, and every month your child’s school gets this program’s benefits.
Scrip Merchants Give to Your Child’s School
Buy paper Scrip at Redwood Day School and use it like a certificate when you make purchases from local grocery stores or local and national specialty merchants. (The school purchased the scrip at a discount from the merchants, then sells it to you at face value. Redwood Day receives the profit.)
- Grocery Scrip is available for:
Berkeley Bowl in $20 increments. The school receives 4%.
Market Hall in $10 increments. The school receives 5%.Farmer Joe's Marketplace in $20 increments. The school receives 3%.
- Retail Scrip is available for:
Starbucks in $10 and $25 increments. The school receives 7%.
Peet's Coffee in $20 increments. The school receives 8%.
Jamba Juice in $10 increments. The school receives 7%.
Barnes & Noble in $10and $25 increments. The school receives 9%.
Amazon.com in $25 increments. The school receives 4%.
You can also order any amount of scrip from participating retailers on the Great Lakes Scrip Center web site. Just go to www.glscrip.com and click on "Retailer List". Review the list of retailers and order your Scrip by using the order form below. A printed copy of retailers is also available in the school lobby.
How to Use Scrip
Get a list of participating merchants and an order form at Redwood Day School’s front desk, or:
- Download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader if you don’t have it.
- Print the Scrip Order Form (PDF)
- Complete the order form and drop it along with your check in the collection box located in the school lobby.
SchoolPop Makes Your Shopping Count
Do your online shopping starting at SchoolPop, and participating merchants will rebate up to 20% of your purchase amount to your child’s school.

Community Partners: Albertson’s
Use your Albertson’s Community Partner Program card when you shop at Albertson’s and Albertson’s will make contributions to Redwood Day School based on your purchases. To get a card, send an email request to Chris Steutz
. Then, when you shop at Albertson’s, remind the store cashier to scan your card when you check out; your grocery receipt will say "Community Partner" and show Redwood Day’s “UPC” number #49000117169.
