During my tenure in the public school system, I was on several curriculum communities and those to address the specific needs of English Language Learners. I served as a Support Provider for five beginning teachers and as a member of the school site council. I came to Redwood Day with a deep appreciation for the School's mission and to broaden my experience in education. To create an intimate and diverse community takes commitment and tenacity. This is my motivation for the work required as a member of the Board.
